Hello All
I'm a 50 something female from the middle counties. . .
Went to Catering College a long long time ago, haven't worked as a cook for many years, but indulge loads at home, I don't buy pre prepared foods (well apart from basics like tinned tomatoes) and I have lots of useful shortcuts which I hope you will find interesting.
My name comes from an imaginary dish we used on an imaginary menu at College when we were in a playful mood, it included other things such as Poulet a la Boing (spring chicken)
I've found you through nannyP on the PK forum.
byeee for now

Love the name too, and looking forward to hearing your tips. (It's sunny here in Devon!)
