I make a flourless chocolate cake that uses ground almonds, I was thinking of trying ground hazelnuts for a change, would it make much difference to the texture of the cake? _________________ You'll never know the answer if you don't ask the question. |

It has no flour, but uses quite a few eggs. I will post the recipe later, I also have one similar for a clementine cake, would you like that as well? _________________ You'll never know the answer if you don't ask the question. |
