Just watched Paul Merrett making Asparagus in prosciutto with beure blanc. They're really good, I think I'll be using these a lot as you can see exactly how to make things. :smt023

Thanks for this link Jo. I enjoy cooking but still have lots to learn. I can only follow recipes as I forget in which order to do things!
