You can either get one in the post or you can download a PDF copy!
There are also some competitions on the site which are worth entering, some need proof of purchase though. _________________ Positive Change |

Thank Jo-looks a good one. Am always interested in new ideas for potatoes.
Recently came across a new brand (well, new for me), called Mayan Gold potatoes-anyone tried them? Absolutely melt in the mouth...... |

Am downloading, thanks Jo. Potatoes are good, as long as you don't add butter (yum), cream (yum) or stuff like that
Oh dear, I didn't get much on my download...bloody dial up
Maybe some kind person, who has got very little to do during the day, will copy and paste some of the recipes.

These ones are so delicious though-steamed!!! The texture is so beautiful they taste fantastic on their own. Care has to be taken not to overcook, as they quickly disintegrate. All they need is to be sliced and steamed for about 15 mins-think they'll be great cold in a salad too. |
