Thanks Laura. My m.i.l sent us a lovely large fairtrade hamper for Xmas. Although nobody here likes Xmas cake, all were impressed with the fairtrade one. Not too much icing-which they all pick off and leave, but it wasn't too rich-which is their other gripe about shop bought cakes. Being wheat intolerant, I've not tasted it, but will certainly look there in future for this type of cake.
