I wish they were a health food!!
We used 4 today, had two each for lunch. I have just collected another 5 from the hens
I know I can whisk them and freeze them, so will do that and store them for winter when we are lacking eggs.
Does anyone else have any ideas? Bearing in mind, we are not eating cakes, eggs more than twice a week are not good. _________________ http://positivechange.myfreeforum.org/index.php

I would say make cakes... you could give them away?! Or some more spanish omlettes?
Bring them over to your daughter in July... although don't want ones from now! _________________ Positive Change |

Mayonnaise would be good.
Of course if you had a puppy, you could feed the dog.... |

Hmm, pickled eggs sounds interesting......
How do you store them in bran Lesley, and how long for?
I think I'll make Spanish Omlette again for dinner....I am a little under the weather, so something easy would be good.
