I was told this (and it works) by a friend a few weeks ago.
After following the instructions re Kidney beans (soaking for 12 hours, rinse, refresh water and boil rapidly for 15 mins) continue to boil and rinse and refresh several times.
I did this with all the beans for my spicy bean burgers, and I am pleased to announced that there was a distinct lack of wind here in France _________________ http://positivechange.myfreeforum.org/index.php

| I always soak/refresh several time over too. Thought it was potentially dangerous not to do so! |

I think it is Kidney Beans that are the dangerous ones....Mark's ex wife nearly killed him with them
I did it with all the beans this time, and had a far nicer after effect so to speak. It was nice not to have the gripeyness I feel after eating beany meals.
