I am going to make a Christmas cake this year for the first time in about 10 years. Just wondered if any members have any well-tested recipes. I need it to be a success because I think I will be taking it to my outlaws this year!

I always make the Bero Dundee cake for us and my son and one daughter and Mum and the christmas cake for other daughter the dundee cake has more fruit give me a shout if you want recipe
