I've made sprout soup (that was really tasty) and we've had them unadulterated with our Christmas dinner but has anyone else got suggestions for this windy veg?

Used to do something similar to that with Savoy cabbage, shredded, stir fried in butter (we were on Atkins!!) and sprnkle with grated nutmeg.

Thanks all, I shredded and stir fried them and then added leeks and cream - mmmmm delicious.

Has any one ever made sprout souffle?
