I've made sprout soup (that was really tasty) and we've had them unadulterated with our Christmas dinner but has anyone else got suggestions for this windy veg? _________________

I think I've seen a recipe online somewhere for brussell sprouts and chestnuts I think... will try and have a look later. _________________ Positive Change |

Thanks all, I shredded and stir fried them and then added leeks and cream - mmmmm delicious.
Has any one ever made sprout souffle?
