I use my large breadmaker for this. And, since I am old, I will use imperial weights and metric when I feel like it
In order of use:
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 egg (if you use 2 eggs, reduce the liquid by 15 mls)
360 mls of tepid water and milk (okay, so metric not imperial  )
1lb 8ozs Bread Flour/ with cereals/grains/etc
I sachet (7g) of Dried Yeast
1 dsrt spn sugar (any kind)
1 tsp salt
I then add whatever I want.....today, a mix of further seeds (pumpkin, sunflower etc) and 1/2 tsp og Mixed Herbs.
I cook this on 3 (Speciality) in my Morphy Richards breadmaker. I has 20 mins to go, and smells wonderful. Oh and I leave it for a further 20 mins when it's cooked, it makes it a bit darker.
:D |

| I never add eggs to my bread-must check my recipes and make sure that I've not been missing them out by accident  |

I also questioned the eggs Elaine, Mum's bread is always really nice though so it must work! _________________ Positive Change |

| Maybe it makes it more like a brioche, so not surprising that it would be lovely. |

I don't think it ends up like brioche Elaine...but it is nice and I have to find a way to lose eggs in cooking
I have been known to put it two
