I used to make this when I was still living with my parents, so thousands of years ago.
I looked this one up on the net.....I didn't have brown sugar, and the raisins I've used are golden, also had some mixed raisins, cranberries and pineapple, so it's a bit of a adaptation. It's just gone in the oven, and looks anaemic....hopefully it'll darken as it cooks.
