I buy Birdseye steamfresh veg all the time as it's so easy for Charis's lunches and she loves them.

I read somewhere that the air in pre-packed food bags is chlorine something or other?? Just wondered if this was true of prepared frozen food?

I know it's a daft question, but it's such an easy way for Charis to eat veg, almost too easy!! But I know frozen veg is full of nutrients.
