I haven't come accross anyone yet who has tasted this and not asked for the recipe!! It's very moreish, be warned!
2 x 200g bars milk chocolate, broken into squares
85g/3oz amaretti biscuits
85g/3oz flaked almonds
85g/3oz dessicated coconut (optional)
55g/2oz glace cherries, quartered
Melt chocolate.
Crumble biscuits into chunks, add to the chocolate with the almonds, coconut and glace cherries.
Line a 450g/1lb loaf tin with cling film.
Spoon the chocolate mixture into the tin and chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
TIP - leave out of fridge for a while before cutting into slices, otherwise you'll end up breaking your knife!
